December 1957, born in Salem, Oregon. Completed South Salem High School in 1976 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education came from Oregon State University in 1981. Received an advanced performance degree from Musicians Institute in 1986. Through out the formative years, life was full of music, athletics, theater, public service and family.

1981 through the present day has been occupied with many facets of the entertainment industry, experiencing every side of the boards, microphone and camera.
1981 ? 1985 was spent as musician, performer, and dreamer ? played in the band all over the Great Northwest in any and every possible venue from Northern California to the North Pole.
1986 ? 1992 - La Vida loco in the City of Angels. Worked in the midst of hair bands, concert tours and music videos as an audio engineer, grip/electric, lighting director, production manager, and technical advisor. Transitioned from music performance to film & television production after professional musical efforts peaked with ?best rock song? appearing on an episode of Doogie Houser M.D. (!)
1992 to present ? living and trying in Dixie. Nashville, Tennessee was a destination for another music industry effort in 1992. Nashville is a community alive with opportunity in the entertainment industry - which affords a creative soul venue. Lights, camera and action mark this period of time? as a ?for hire? Director/Producer, D.P., or all around film technician.
When not on set, family and community are priorities. Active in FilmNashville, IATSE Local 492, Episcopal Church, and varied civic endeavors.
